2. Product Authenticity
We deal in genuine coins, banknotes, medals, and other collectibles, each item carefully verified for its authenticity. We offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee on all our products. If authenticity is ever questioned, we require proper documentation for evaluation.
3. Order & Payment Terms
- All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We accept UPI, GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards.
- GST is added separately during checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days post dispatch.
- All deliveries are handled via Shiprocket’s insured courier services.
- Tracking details are shared via email and SMS after dispatch.
- Shipping delays caused by weather or courier issues are beyond our control.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- We accept returns only in the case of non-authentic products or shipping defects.
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with proper unboxing video evidence.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
